We had a family holiday staying at this property and it was ideal for an extended family (including 3 children). It was really close to the Metro station with supermarkets really close by, all the options for entertainment in the house (e.g. the pool table, mini golf course) we're wonderful and as described in the ad. The pool is unheated so was very cold in Spring but everyone still really enjoyed their stay. Best of all was actually the pillows! They so greatly helped my brother's long-standing neck pain we were scouting the local shops to see if we could find one similar!

La casa ha estado a la altura de las circunstancias, los compañeros la han utilizado para dormir por el día por que trabajaban por la noche, pero ha sido genial poder estar en la casa.
Villa preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto. Alojamiento impecable con todas las comodidades necesarias. Atención por parte del anfitrión de 10!
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a casa di Jose. La casa è molto spaziosa, perfetta per famiglie numerose o gruppi. Il nostro gruppo di 3 famiglie con 5 bambini dai 13 anni ad 1 anno aveva a disposizione tanto spazio. Ai bambini piu grandi è piaciuta la sala cinema con tanto di macchina per i popcorn , ai piccoli la sala giochi dedicata e il minigolf. La cucina è ampia e ben attrezzata, anche se ci sono mancate delle tovagliette. Sarebbe utile avere un appendiabiti nell'ampio ingresso. Abbiamo preferito non usare la parte esterna con la piscina per sicurezza , ache se molto bella . Il nostro host è stato disponibile ed accomodante. Consigliamo questo posto alle famiglie con bambini !

This house was very spacious and nice. The images are accurate, not misleading at all. The kids loved the play areas. Unfortunately we didn't get to utilize the outside portion due to the rain, but it would have been a great space for BBQing and relaxing. Jose was very kind and responsive to my questions...Would definitely return!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- LVLTY will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — LVLTY will match it.
