Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS etc within 15 min driving (Sebring and LAKE Placid) Sebring Raceway is less than 10 minutes away (4.4 miles) Restaurants in the are (my favorite is Cowpokes Watering Hole (5 min away) There’s plenty of lakes you can fish and use motor vehicles or rent boats (in our lake, gas powered vehicles are not allowed) We have so many details and items all around the house .We love to have them there for you next time you visit us, so we’re sure you’ll take care of them the same way we are.

It was exactly what we needed, a quiet get away. The fishing was also great!
The best place I have stayed at so far
We had an amazing time at this lake house. The lake water was the clearest I have ever seen. You can see all the way to the bottom. The wild life was amazing. We were visited by a beautiful owl, and many turtle friends at the dock. My wife had a great time fishing and the lake is full of brim and small mouth bass. We had fun taking the kayaks out and we did go swimming in the lake, which is surprisingly warm. There were a few baby alligators, but we are from Florida and they don't bother us. The house was clean and functional, but the real gem is the property. They provide everything you need, board games, air hockey and pool, 2 coffee makers, air fryer, cotton candy machine. Also the outdoor kitchen and hot tub were really great. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking to get away and relax. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Spending evenings by the fire pit, relaxing by the lake, and being surrounded by nature made it the perfect place to unwind. It was a great setting for quality family time, slowing down, and just enjoying each other’s company. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We’d happily come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- LVLTY will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — LVLTY will match it.
